Tour Programme

Sales Maestroz helps MR to create their tour plan/Permanent Journey Plan as per territory assigned. Tour planning can be done either through web login/Mobile application. Once complete planning activity done it triggers an approval request to line managers or SFA admin. All submission and approvals trigger notification to concerned employees. The tour planning can factored on Area, Employee, Doctors, Retailers, Stockists & even joint field working as per hierarchy.

Tour planning is a mandatorily activity for the whole month without skipping a day. Managers and admin can edit or delete tour Program before approval. Adhoc tour plan changes mid-way through the month can be proposed by employee with Manager’s consent and can be regularized by SFA.
